Shipping Time:
The estimated processing time for your order will be around 3-5 business days. Please allow any additional time for orders placed during non-business days, including weekends and major holidays. Any selected expedited shipping does not include the above mentioned processing time.

Insurance Policy:
Hyperion Armor knows things happen out of our control and it's an unfortunate situation if a package is damaged, lost or stolen. Please contact our customer service team for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Undeliverable Packages:
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Hyperion Armor, an attempt to contact you will be made and you will be issued a full refund for the undeliverable order.

Rejecting Receipt:
Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without Hyperion Armor approval and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($2 minimum). Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be re-billed to the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refunded amount.

Unless arrangements are made before delivery, orders that are returned to us will be restocked and not reshipped. A new order will need to be placed.

Missing Packages:
Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected timeframe and are not able to be located by tracking information (if available). United States Postal Service, and other shipping carriers state to wait at least 5 business days after the expected delivery date to consider any shipments as missing packages. During times of severe weather, heavy mail times, holiday seasons, etc., the time frame should be increased to 10 business days after the expected delivery date. If the package has not been delivered within this time frame, it may be then considered lost/missing.

No Movement Tracking Numbers:
Regardless if shipping insurance was purchased or not, if the tracking number received states there has not been an official acceptance scan by USPS or Fedex, please notify us immediately. Please allow Hyperion Armor at least 10 business days to conduct a thorough investigation, which includes communications with the carrier service (or any shipping provider). If the package has not been found and/or delivered within this set time frame, it may be considered lost/missing and a claim will need to be made with the carrier.

Hyperion Armor is not responsible for packages that are marked as shipped and/or delivered within the appropriate time frame that are claimed as missing or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim in this situation.​

  1. If you purchased directly from and received the wrong item or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as quickly as possible or we will gladly take back the item and refund you the product(s) price along with the shipping and handling costs. If you purchased from one of our dealers, please contact that specific dealer to their exact return or exchange policy.

  2. If you purchased directly from and you find a brand new purchased Hyperion Armor product(s) not to your standard for any reason, we will accept it back within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another item(s). However, in either case, return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or the appropriate RESTOCKING FEE (see below) is applied to the refund or the exchange amount. If you purchased from one of our dealers, please contact that specific dealer to their exact return or return policy.

  3. If you purchased directly from and it has been longer than 60 days from the package receipt date, we will accept returns purchased up to 180 days of the package receipt date of the original sale/purchase. We reserve the right to reject any return request for any order that is past the 180 days of the receipt date based on the tracking delivery information except for manufacturer defects. However, you will only be able to get a refund in the form of store credit. Store credit amount will be given after the approved return has been inspected and the appropriate RESTOCKING FEE (see below) is applied. Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable. Store credit codes will apply only once per checkout and do not carry any remaining balance. Hyperion Armor reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.   4. Item(s) marked [SPECIAL ITEM] on the product page are not refundable once used. Only in brand new/unused condition minus shipping fees.
